WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission o( the City of Anaheim did receive a verified Petition fur Variance

evidence for and against said proposed verience end to ?nvestigete and meke findings end recammendetions in connec-
tion therewith; and

and after due consideration oE all evidence and reports offered et seid hearing, does find and determine the following
