THAT PET[TION FOR VARIANCE N0. 2326 BE GRANTED IN PART
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did receive e verified Petition for Verience
from MICHAEL ROBERT KRAL, 1102 IIungalow Place, Arcadia, California 91U06, Owner; FRED W, VEIGA,
15:151 Touraine Way, Santa Ana, Californin 92705, Agent of certain real property situated in the
City of Anaheim, County o£ Orange, State of California, described as Parcel No. 1: Lot 13 of
Tract 743, as per Map recorded in Book 22, Page 1Q of Miscellaneous Maps, in the office uf the
Recorder of said County. EXCEPT the West 52.65 feet of that porcion lying Southerly of the
Southerly line of the Norlh 225.OQ feet thereof. AL50 EXCEPT the 1lorth 96.00 feet thereof.
Said land is included within the area shown on a Map filed in Book 75, Page 7 of Record of
Surveys in the of.Eice of said County Recorder. Parcel No. 2: The West 52.65 feet of Lot 13
of Tract No. 743, a~ per Map recorded in Book 22, Page 10 of Miscel'Laneous Maps, in the office
of the Recorder of said County. EXCEPT the North 225.00 feet thereof

30 feet prnposed)
That petitioner is proposing to construct a 23 unit, two-story apartment complRx.

NOW, THEREFURE, BE IT RESOLVED thet the Aneheim City Plenning Commission dues hereby gront/subject
Petition for Veriance, upon the following conditions which ere hcreby found to be a necessary prerequisite to the pro-
posed use of the subiect property In ocdet to pceserve the sefety and general welfere of tF.e Citizens of the City of
pnaheim:
(1) That this vaLiance is granted subject to the completion of Reclassification No.
71-72-25.
(2) That subjecr property shall be developed substanl•ially ia accordance with plans
ar.d specifications'on file with the City of Ansheim marked Exhibit Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5;
provided however, that the waivera of Che minimum land area per dwelling unit, minimum side
yard and the minimum distance between 'buildings have been withdrawn aad the project wi.ll be
developed with only the waiver of the 150 foot diat•ance batween R-.A and two-story R-3.
