A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSCON OF THE CLTY OF
ANAHEIM RECOMMENDING TO THE CZTY COUNCI':. OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ACCEPTANCE OF ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT N0. 28
WHEREAS, the California Public Resources Code requires that the
City of'Anaheim prepare an Environmental Impact Statement identifying
and analyzing in detail the significant environmental effects of
grojects proposed to be constructed in the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anahei.m,
in connection with a petition for Variance No. 2445, has received
Environmental Impact Report No. 28 from the ataff of the City of
Anaheim containing details for consideration of environmental impacts
as contained ir. Section 21100 of the Public Resources Code; and
WHEREAS, said Commission, after due investigation and study made
by itse'lf and in its behalf, has reviewe3 the subject Environmental
Impact Report and analyzed in detail the significant environmental
effects of the proposal contained therein and does find anf~ 3etermine
the following:
1. That due to the nature of the request made under Variance
No. 2445, the impact upon the environment would be "trivial",
and there would be no need to make an Environmental Impac~
Statement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE ZT RESOLVED that the City Planning Commissi~n
of the City of Anaheim does hereby receive Environmental Impact Report
No. 28 and recommends to the City Council that due to the "trivial"
impact of the request upon the environmeat there is no need to make an
Environmental Impaci: Statement.
THE FOREGOING FESOLDTION is signed and_approved by m~ this ninth
