A RESOLUTION OP THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
ANAIiEIM RECOMMENllING TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ACCEPTANCE OF ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT NO. 31
wHEREAS, the California 2ublic Resources Code reguires that the
City of Anaheim prepare an Environmental Impact Statement identifying
and analyzing in detail the significant environmental effects of
projects proposed to be constructed in the Ci~y of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City o£ Anaheim, in
connection with a petition for Variance No. 2453, has received Environ-
mental impact Report No. 31 from the staff of the City of Anaheim
containing details for consideration of environmental impacts as con-
tained in Section 21100 of the Public Resources Code; and
WHEREAS, said Commission, after due investiqation and study made
by itself and in its behalf, has reviewed the subject Environmental
Impact Report and analyzed in detail the significant environmental
effects of the proposal con.tained therein and does find and determine
the following:
1. That due to the nature of the request made under Variance
ho. 2453, the impact upon the environment would be "trivial",
and there would be no need to make an Fnvironmental Impact
Statement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the C'ity Plannina Commission
of the City of Anaheim does hereby receive Environmental Impact Report
No. 31 and recommends to the Ci~y Council that due to the "trivial"
impact of the request upon the environment there is no need to make an
Er.vironmental Impact Statement.

Anaheim held on November 13, 1972, at 2:00 o'clock P.M., by the following
