Petition for CondiUonal Uae Permit, upon the [ollowine condltlons ahich a~e hereby found to be ~ necest~ry prorequisite
to the proposed use of the subJect property in order to preserve the ~aEery and geaenl aelfaro oE the Citisens of the
Clty of Anaheim• ,
(1) That the owner(s) of subject property ahall deed to the City of Anaheim a etrip of
land ten feet in width from the centerline of the alley for alley widening purposes.
(2) Thet traeh storage areas shall be provided in accordance with approved plane on
file with the office of the Director of Public Worka.
(3) That the exieting atructure aheil be brought up to the minimum etandarde of the
City of Anaheim, including the Unifo=m Buildingr Plumbing, Electrical, Houeing, Mechanical,
and Fire Codes as adopted by the City of Anaheim.
(4) That siibject property ahall be developed eubatantially in accordance with plene
and specificationa on file with the Cixy of Anaheim marked Exhibit Nos. 1, 2, and 3.
(5) That Condition Nos. 1, 2, and 3, above mentioned, ehall be complted with prior
to che eommencement of the activlty auti~orized under this reeolution, or prior to tha time
that the building permit ie iseued, or within a per3od of one year from date herreof, which-
ever occurs firet, or such further time as the Plenning Co~ieeion may grant.
(6) Thst the requested uee ahall be granted for a period of te~o yeara and, upon re-
quest by ths petitioner, an additionel pariod of time may be granted upan approval by the
Planning Cortwiaeion and/or City CouaciL
