RESOLUTION NO. 71R-15
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM APPROVING REVISED PLANS
FOR VARIM~CE NO. 2100.
WHEREAS, the Anaheim City Planning Commission on
July 14, 1969, in Resolution No. PC 69-155, granted in part
Variance No. 2100; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ana~eim on
August 19, 1969, in Resolution No. 69R-483, granted in part
Variance No. 2100; and
liHEREAS, a condition of approval required development
substantially in accordance with plans on file in the Development
Services Department of the City of Anaheim; and
WHEHEAS, the Anaheim City Planning Commission, con-
sidered revised plans at a public hearing on October 19, 1970,
at which time said revised plans were recommended for disapproval
based on findings, and
WHEREAS, a new set of revised plans were submitted
together with a request by DARYOUSH MAHBOOBI-FARDI, OWner; and
JUAlJITA fLAGOPIM~, Agent, to set for public hearing consideration
of these revised plans; and
vTdEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public
hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim on November 30,
19701 upon due and proper notice, as a result of which the City
Planning Commission, pursuant to its Resolution No. PC 70-210,
recommended approval of said revised plans, subject to condi-
tions; and
vniEREAS, thereafter, within the time prescribed by
law, the City Council on its own motion caused the review of
said City Planning Commission action at a public hearing noticed
and held as prescribed by law.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by. the City Council of
the City of Anaheim, that revised plans for a proposed one and
three"-story, 115 unit apartment complex on the following des-
cribed property:
The Northerly 250 ft., together with a non-exclusive
easement for the ingress and egress of Fire Department
equipment on the Southerly 20 ft. of the Northerly 270
f~., of the following described property:
That portion of Lot 35 of Anaheim Eictension, in the
City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
as said lot is shown on a map of survey by William Hamel,
a copy of which is shown in book 3: page 163 and 164 of
:. Los Angeles County I.1aps;;, in the office of the County
Recorder of said Orange County, and that portion of the
Southeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 9, rrown.-.

thence Nortil 846.20 feet to the South line of Anaheim
Homestead Tract, as per map thereof recorded in book
26, page 10, Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles
County, California; thence West along said South line

South 851.59 feet to ~~e South line of said section;
thence East 618.82 feet to the point of beginning.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM all that portion lying Southerly
of the following described line:
Commencing at a 4 x 4 redwood stake on the South line of
said Section 9, a distance of 2948.88 feet East of the
Southwest corner of said section; thence North 10 06'

be, and the same are hereby approved, subject to the following
conditions:
1. That this variance is granted subject to the com-
pletion of Reclassification No. 69-70-1.
2. That subject property shall be developed substan-
tially in accordance with plans and specifications
on file with the City of Anaheim marked Exhibits
Nos. 1, 2 and 3, Revision No.2; Exhibit No.4,
Revision ~o. 3; and Exhibits Nos. 5, 6 and 7,

3. That a masonry wall along the northerly property
line of subject property shall be constructed 8
feet above the grade of the adjacent property.
4. That any previous plans submitted and approved shall
be declared null and void by approval of the afore-
mentioned revised plans.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 19th day of January, 1971.
