A RESOI~UTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM RECOMMEA~DING TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ACCEPTANCE OF ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT NO. 22
WHEREAS, the California Public Resources Code requires that the
City of Anaheim prepare an Environmental Impact Statement identifying
and analyzing in detail the significant environmental effects of
projects proposed to be con.structed in the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS~ the City Planning Commission of tbe City of Anahetim, .
in connection with a petition for \-ariance No. 2457 has received
Environmental Impact Report No. 22'from the staff of the City of
Anaheim containing details for consideration of environmental i.mpacts
as contained in Section 21100 of tlle Public Resources Code; and
WHEREAS, said Commission, after due investigztion and study made
by itself and in its behalf, has reviewed the ~ubject Environmental
Impact Report and analyzed in detail che significant environmental
effects of the proposal contained therein and does find an3 determ.ine
the following:
1. That due to the nature of the request made un~'er Variance '
No. 2457, impact upon the environment would nct ~e ~ignificant.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City F12r.i:ing Coarnission
of the City of Anaheim does hereby receive EnvironmenCa'!. Impaat Report
No. 22, and recommends to the City Council that due to the i.~si.gnificant
impact of the request upon the environment, there is no need to make an
Environmental Impact Statement.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and appzoved by me this 7th day
of December, 1972.
