A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
THAT PETITION FOR VARIANCE NO. 2464 BE GRANTED
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did receive e verified Petition for Varience
from p,C. LUMBER COMPANY, 17671 Irvine Boulevard, Tustin, California 92680, Owner; WILSON
AND MC HUGH, INCORPORATED, 4341 Birch Street, Newport Beach, Celifornia 92660, Agent of
certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, Caunt;. of Orange, State of California,
described as Lot 8 of Tract 4060 as shown on a Map of said Tract recorded in Book 181 at
pages 15 through 17 inclusive, of Miscellaneous Maps, in the office of the County Recorder
of said Orange County, California

WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hell in the City of Anaheim
on December 11, 1972, at 2:00 o'clack P.M., notice of said public hearing having been duly given es required
by lew and in accordance with the provislons of the Aneheim Municipel Code, Chapter 18.68,te heer end consider
evidence for end egeinst seid proposed veriance end to investigete and make findings end recommendetions in connec-
tlon therewith; end
WHEREAS, seid Commission, after due inspection, investigetion, and study made by itselE end in its behelf,
end after due consideration of ell evidence and reports offered at seid hearing, does find and dctermine tha following

1. That the petitioner requests ~variancea from the Anaheim Municipal Code as Eollowe:
a. SECTION 18.32.020 - Permitted buildings, atructures and uses. ;To permit a

ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT FINDII~G:
That the Planning Commission finds and determines that the proposal would have no significant
environmental impact end, therefore, recommends to the City Council that Exemption Decla:~ation
status be granted.

r NOW, THEREFURE, BE IT RESOLVED thet the Anehelm City Plenning Co~mmission does hereby grant subject
Petition for Varience, upon the following conditions which are hereby found to be a necessary prerequisite to the pro-
posed use of the subject property in order to preserve the safety and general welfa:e of the Citizens oEthe City of
Anaheim:
(1) That a parcel map to record the approved division of sub3ect property be submitted
to and approved by the City of Anaheim and then be recorded in the of£ice of the Orange County
Recorder ~rior to transfer of ownership of either parcel.
(2) That subject property shAll be deveioped suhstantially in conformance with plans
and specifications on file with the ?'ity of Anaheim marked Exhibit No. 1, and, rurther, that
the use of the proposed lot in this tract shall be developed exclusively for recreational
purposes.
