That the proposed use is properly one for which a Conditiopel Use Permit Is euthorized by Code ; Section 18.b4.020(2-c) to wit: establiah a motel with waiver of: ;~CTION 18.37.040(B-4) - Permitted sign location. (85 feet from adjacent property line required; 6 feet from adjacent property line proposedj 2, That the proposed use would noC be serving the industrial comr:aaity primarily, as required 'oy the existing ii-1 Zone on the property, since the petition~r atated that only 25% of the anticipated Uusiness would be from industry, while the belance of 75% would be from freeway traffic. 3, T.~iat the pro~~;ad use will adversely affect the adjoining land uses and Che growth and development -f t~+~: area in ~rhich it is proposed to be located. 4. That a~yprovcl of the proFosed signing ~ould be granting the petiCioner a privilege not enjoyed by other indue~rial uses in the area or within other industrtal areas throughout the City of Aneheim. 5.
