A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CiTY OF AATAHEtM
THAT PETITION FOR VARIANCE N0. 2335 BE GRANTED
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did receive a verified Petition for Varience
from GEORGE and ADELE WETHERBEE, 1031 South Avocado Street, Anaheim, California 92805, Ownere;
CONTRACTOR'S PRODUCTION, 1938 South Anaheim Boulevgrd, Aneheim, California 92805, Agent of
cettain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
described as Lot No. 16 of Tract No, 3327

WFIEREAS, the City Plenning Commission did hold a public hearing et the City Hall in the City of Anaheim
on March 6, 1972, et 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of said public heacing having been duly given as required
by law and in accordance with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipel Code, Cliepter 18.68, to hear and consider
evidence fur end egainst seid proposed varience end te investigate and make findings and recommendations in connec-
tion therewith; and
WHEREAS, said Commission, after due inspection, investigetion, end study made by itself and in its behalf,
and after due consideretion of all evidence end reports offe:ed et seid hearing, does find end detecmine the following
facts
1. That the petitioner reauests the followEng wF vere from the Anaheim Municipal Code:

3. That subsequent to publication uf the legal notice, it was determined that Waiver
1-b, above mentioned, was no longer necessary, therefore, app°oval of subject petition is
for Section 18.24.030(3-b) - Minimum rear setback anly.
4. That there are exceptional or extreordinary circumstences or conditions epplicable to :he property involved
or to the intended use of the property that do not apply generally to the property or class of use in the seme vicinity
and zar.e.
5.. That the requested variance is necessery for the preservation and enjoyment of a substential property right
possessed by other property in the seme vicinity and zone, and denied to the property in question.
6. That the requested veriance w?ll not be meterially detrimental to the public welEete or injurious to the ptop-
erty or improvements in such vicinity and zone in which the property is loceted.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED thdt the Anaheim Clty Plenning Commission does hereby grent subject
Petition for Variance, npon the follawing conditions which ete hereby found to be a necessary prerequisite ta the pro-
posed use oE the subject property in order to preserve the sefety and general welfa:a of the Citizens of the City of
Anaheim:
(1) ThaC subject property shall be cieveloped substantially in accordence with plans
and specificationa on file with the City of Anaheim marked Exhibit No, 1.
