A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
THAT PETITION FOR VARIANCE N0. 2336 BE GRANTED
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did receive a verified Petition Eor Verience
from pHILLIP G, and DfARJORIE L. LEIPOLD, 935 South Caplan, Anaheim, California 92802, Owners•
of certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of Califor-
nia, described as Lot No. 31 of Tract No. 1620
; and
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hell in the City of Aneheim
on March 6, 1972, et 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of said public hearing heving been duly given as required
by lew and in accordance with the provisions of the Aneheim Municipel Code, Chapter 18.68,to hearand consider
evidence for and egeinst said proposed varience end to investigate and meke findings and cecommendetions in connec-
tion therewith; and
WHEREAS, said Commissinn, eEter d~e inspection, investigetion, end study made by itself and in its behalf,
and after due consideratian of all evidence and reports offered at seid hearing, ~loes find and detecmine the following
facts:

possessed by other prope~ty in the seme vicinity end zone, end denied to the property in question.
4. That the requested veriance will not be materially detrimental to the public welfete or injurious to the pmp-
erty or impcovements in such vicinity and zone in which the property is located.
5. That a petition signed by 35 adjacent property ownere wes received in favor of
aubject petition.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED thet the AneheIm City Planning Comm~ssion does hereby grant subject
Petition for Variance, upon the following condittons which ace hereby found to be a necessary prerequisite to the pro-
posed use of the subject property in order to pceserve the safety en;3 genewl welface of the Citlzeus of the City of
Anaheim:
(1) That the existing structure shall be brought ug Co the minimuw standards of the
City of Anaheim, including the Uniform 33uilding, Plumbing, Electrical, Housing, Mechanical
and Fire Codes as adopted by the City af Anaheim.
(2) That Condition No. 1, above mentioned, shall be complied with prior to final
building and zoning inspections.
(3) That subject property shall be developed substentially in accordance with plans
and specif.ications on file with the City of Anaheim marked Exhibit No~. 1 and 2.
