WHEREAS, the City Pianning Commission of the City of Anaheim did receivc a verified Petition for Vetience

WHEREAS, seid Cammissinn, efter due inspecticn, investigetion, end study mede by itselE and in its behelf,
and aEter due consideration af all evidence and reports offered et seid hearing, does find and determine the following

1. That the petitioner requests a variences fr.om the Aneheim Municipel Code es follows:
a. SGCTION 18.04.090(1-li) - Maximum fence height. (6 feet permitted; 8 feer
proposed)
b. SECTION 18.24.030(1-a) - Minimum front aetback. (25% of the ~ot depth required ~
need nol• exceed 25 feet; 20 feet propoaed)
c. SECTION 18.08.550 - Minimum cul-de-sac widL•h. (60 feet required; 53 to ~i5
feet proposed - all cul-de-sac lots)
d. SECTION 18.24.030(4) - Tiinimum lot width. (70 feet required; 55 to G5 feet
proposed for 4 lots)
