Fetition for Variance, upon tha following conditions which are heceby found to be a necessary pcecequisite to the pro-
posed use of the subject Qcopecty in ocder to preserve the sefety end generel welfere of the Citizens of the City of
Anaheim:
(1) That sub,ject property shall be developed substantially in accordance with pl~xte
and specifications on file with the City of Anaheim marked Exhibit No. 1 provided~ however~
that landscaping shall be provided in the five-foot setback betvreen the sidewalk and masonry
wall as stipulated to by the petitioner.
(2) Thaf the pool may ba located anyJrhere behind the µ•all so long as it conrorms to
the requirements of the Uniform Building Code.
