A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSIGN OF 1'HE CITY OF ANAHEIM
THAT PETITION FOR VARIANCE N0. Z 346 BE GRANTED
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City oE Anaheim did receive e verified Petition for Verience
Erom PELT2ER, SPRAGUE, SKELTON, ROSSETTO, AND PELTZER, c/o Mrs. Urban C.
Peltzer, 5138 Serrano Street, Orange, California 92627, Owners; NELOW DEVELOP-
MENT COMPANY, 17411 Irvine Boulevard, Suite N, Tustin. California 92680, A~ent
of certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, as described in Exhibit A attached hereto and referred to
herein as though set forth in full

WHEREAS, sald Commiasinn, efter due fnspection, lnvestigetion, end study mece by itself end in its behelf,
and aftet due consideretlon of all evidence end reports ofEerod et seid hearing, does find and determine the following

15 feet proposed)

(200 feet maximum permitted; 250 feet proposed for
16 unite)

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED thet the Anahelm City Plenning Co~amission does hereby grent subject
Petition for Verience, upon the following conditions whieh ere hereby found to be a necessary prerequisite to the pro-
posed use of the subject property in order to preserve the sefety end general welEere af the Citizens of the City of
Anaheim:
(1) That this variance is granted eubject to the completion of Reclaseification No.
71-72-38.
(2) ThaC subject property shall be developed substantially in accordance with plane
and epecifications on file with the City of Anaheim marked Exhibit Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6.
(3) That Condition No. 'l, sbove mentioned, ahall be complied with prior to finel
building and zoning inspections.
