WHEREAS, said Commisaion, efter due inepection, lnveatlgetion, en3 study mede by ttselE and in its behelf,
end a[tec due consideration of ell evidence and repoRe offered at said heering, does find and determine thefollowing

3. That Waiver 1-a~ above mentioned~ is hereby ~ranted on the basis that it affects
or.ly tho areas between main entrances to the units in two entry alcoves.
4, That Waiver 1-b, above mentioned~ is hereby denied cn the bas~s thst the requested
distznces between apartments and carpor+ts.is,excessive and would ence~rage mora orstree~
parki~g for residents of these units~ and the on-street parkinp i~ this general area is al-
ready critical.
5. That there are exceptional or extraordinr~ry circumstances or condi~tions apolicable
to the property involved or to the intended use of the property~ as granted~ that do not
apply e~erally to the property or class of use in the same vicinity and zone.

joyment of a substantial property right possessed by other property in the same vicinity

the area.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED thet the Anaheim City Plenning Comm~saion does hereby gran}~sutject
Petition for Varience, upon the followirtg conditions which ece hereby found to be e necessary prerequisite to the pro-
posed use of the subject property in order to pceserve the sefety end general welfece of the Citizens of the City of
Anaheim:
(1) That this Variance is granted subject to the completion of Reclassification No.
'J1-~2~40~ now pending.
(2) That subject property shall be developed substantially in accordance with plans
and specifications on file with the City of Anaheim marked Exhibit Nos. 1~ 2 3 and 4 pro-
vided, however~ that revised plans shall incorporate carports no more than 2a0 feet from
any living unit being served by said carports.
