A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
THAT PETITION FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERtdIT N0. ~2~ BE GRANTED
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission oE the City of Anaheim did receive a vecified Petition Eor Conditional
Use Pecmitfrom GRAND MARNIER COMPANY, 17291 Irvine Boulevard, TusCin, California 92680,
Owner; FRANK HESSANAUER, 6401 Citadel Drive, Huntington Beach, California 92647, Agent of
certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of Califor-
nia, described as The North fifty (50) feet of Parcel No. 1, as shown on a map thereof
filed in Book 9, page 5 of Parcel Maps, in the office of the Recorder of Orange County,
California
; and
WHEREAS, the City. Planning Commission did hold a public heering et the Ciry Hall in the City of Aneheim on
May 14, 1973, at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of seid public hearing having been duly given es required by
la~v and in ecrnrdence with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipal code, Chapter 18.64, to hear and considec cvidence
for end agair.st said proposed conditionel use nnd to investigete and meke findings and recommendations in connection
therewith; and
WHEREAS, seid Commission, after due inspection, investigation, end study made by itse]E and in its behelf, and
atter due consideration of all evidence and reports offered at said heering, does find and detecmine the following facts:
1. Thet the proposed use Is properly one for which a Conditional Use Pecmit is authorized by Code SeCtion
18.40.060(g) to wit: establish a beer bar.
2, That the proposed use will not edversely effect. the acijoining land uses end the growth end development of
the acea in which it is proposed to be located.
3. Thet the size and shape of the site proposed Eor the use is adequet~ to allow the full development ofthe
pmposed use in e manner not detrimental to the perticuler areo nor to the peace, health, sefety, end general welface of
the Citizens oE the City of Aneheim.
4. That the gcanting of the Conditional U~e Pecmit under the conditions imposed, if any, will not be detrimental
to the peece, health, safety, nnd general welfare of the Citizens oE the City of Anaheim.
5. That iu order to determine whether any adverse effects will result from the grant-
ing of the proQosed use, the Planning Commission determined that a one year time limitation
ahould be granted, after which time consideration may be given to whether the use ahould be
extended.
6. That one person appeared in opposition.
ENVIRONMENTAL IMYACT REPORT rIPIDING:
That the Planning Commission, in connection with an Exemption Declaration Status request,
finds and determines that the proposal would have no significant environmental impact
and, therefore, recommends to the City Council that no Environmental Impact Stbtemenk is
necessary.

Petitlon for Conditionel Use Permit, upon the following conditions which ere hereby found to be s necessery prerequIsite
to the proposed use of the subject property in ocder to preserve the se~tety end general welEere oEthe Citlzens of the
City of Anaheim:
(1) That subject property shall be developed aubstantially in conformance with plans
and specifications on file with the City of Anaheim marked Exhibit Nos. 1 and 2.
