A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT
PETYTION FOR RECLASSIFICATION N0. ~Z-~3-4~ BE APPROVED
WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commiseion of the Ciry of Aneheim did . initiate E verified 'Pet;.Cion
for Rpclassification of property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State
of California, known es the Mohler Drive Annexation, as deacribed in Exhibit "A" atteched
hereto and referred to herein as though set forth in £u11 .

WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hell in the City of Aneheim on
May 24, 1973, at 7:30 ~ ~ o'clock P.M. ~otice of seid public hearing having been duly given es :equired by
law and In nccordence with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipel Code, Chapter 18.72, to hear end consider evidence
fot end egeinst seid ptoposed ceclessification nnd to investigate end meke findings and recommendations in connection
therewith; end
WHEREAS, seid Commission, eEter due inspection, investigstion, end study mede by itself and in its behalf, and
efte~ due cnnsideration ot all evidence end reports offered et seid heering, does Eind end determine the following facts:
Planning Commisaion
1. Thet the / r proposes a reclessificetion of the above described property fcom the; Portion "A" -
County of Orange 80-AR-10=000, 75-R1-8000, 100-C1-10,000, and 100-E4-20,000 Districts;
Portion "B" - County of Orange 100-C1-10,000 and CH35; Porta,n "C" - County of Orange
80-A:t-10,000, 100-Ek-20,000; and Portion "D" - County of Orange SU-AR-10,000, 100-E4-15,000
and 100-E4-20,000 Districta to the City of Anaheim R-A, AGRICULTURAL, ZONE.
2. That the proposed reclassification establiahes City of Anaheim zoning on property
kr.o-an as the Mohler Drive Annexation wfiich became a part of~the City April 5, 1973.
3. That thC proposed ceclessification of subject property is necessary end/or desirable for the orderly end pra
pa development of the community.
4. That the proposed reclassificetion of subject property does pmpcrly celete to the r.ones end their pertnitted
uses locelly esteblished in close proximity to subject property end to the zones end thelr permitted uses generally estab-
lished throughout the community.
ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT RRPORT FINDING:
That the Planning Commission, in connection with the filing of an Environmental Impact
Iteport, finds and determines that the EIR Review Committee determined that L-he ReporC is
adequate as aa informaCive document and follows the City's eatabiished guidelines, attd
that there would be no significant adverse environmental impacts; and therefore, the
Planning Co~nission recommends tc~ the City Council that said report be adopted as tlie
Council's Environmenta2 Impact Stateuient.
