A. RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLAN~IING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING RESOLUTION N0. PC73-76 NUNC PRO TUNC
WHEREAS, by clerical error, Resolution No. PC73-76 stated Finding No. 3 of said
resolu~ion in error; and
Wti1EREAS, it was the intent and purpose of the Planning Comaission to have said £ind-
ing to set forth that the petitioner stipulated that only vehicles originally owned by the
petitioner would be wholesaled or sold on the premises.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission does hereby
amend. Resolution No, PC73-76, Finding D:o, 3, nunc pro tunc, granting Conditional Use Per~nit
No. 1387 to read as follows:
"3. That the petitioner sCipulated that only vehicles originally owned by the
petitioner would be wholesaled/sold on the premises and that if he wishes
to change the nature of the busineas, he will'file a new petition ~or that
activity."

(13) That Condition Nos. 1, 2, 3, and 4, above mentioned, shall be complied with
prior to the co~encement of the activity authorized uader Chis resolution, or prior
to the time that the building permit is issued, or within a period of one year from
cate hereof, ~7hichever occurs first, or such further time as the Planning Commission
may grant.
(14) That Condition Nos. 5, 7, 8, 9, 10, and 12, above mentioned, shall be complied
with prior to final building and zoning inspections.
