A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLAIINING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
TERMINATING ALL PRUCEEDINGS ON VARIANCE N0. 2352 THERETO
WHEREAS, the Anaheim City Planning Commission on May 1, 1972, in Resolution No.
PC72-85 granted Variance No, 2352, subject to co«ditions; and
WHEREAS, none of the conditions of approval have been met; and
WHP.REAS, the petitioners have submitted a request to terminate all proceedings,
NOW, THEREr^ORE, B~ IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning ~ommission does hereby
terminate all proceedings of Variance No, 2352 on the basis that L•he petitioner no longer
intends to exercise the rights granted.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by me this 18th day of January, 1973.
