THAT PETITION FOR VAFtIANCE N0. Z54° BE GRANTED
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission uf the City of Anaheim did receive a verified Petition for Variance

Agent of certain real property situated itt the City of Anaheim, C~unty of Orange, State of
California, described as The south 370.00 feet of the west half of the east 20 acres of the

evidenee for and ageinst said proposed veclance end to investigetc end make findings end recommendations in connec-
tion therewith; end

end aEter due consideretion oE all evidence end reports offered et seid hearing, does Eind end determine the following

1. Thet the petitioner requests a;racience from the Anaheim Municipel Code as follows to eatablish a

r NOW, THEREFORE, BE I'I' RES~OLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Co~mmission does hereby grent subject
Petition for Variance, upon the following conditions which are hereby found to be a necessary prerequisite to the pro-
posed use of the subJect property in order to pceserve the sefety and generel welfare of the Citizens of the City of
Anaheim:
(1) That this va:iance ie granted subject to the compleCion of Reclassi£ication No.
73-74-18, now pending.
(2) That aubject property shall be developed subatantially in accordance with plans
and specificationa on file with the City of Anaheim marked ExhibiC Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7,
and 8.
