tionfrom ~1ILLIAM T. SAM47AYS, 1626 East 17th Street, Santa Ana, California 92701, Owner of
certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of Califor-
nia, described as Commencing at the intersection of the Westerly line of Lot 23 of said
Tract No, 49$ wiih thet certain line described in a deed to the Stata of California, re-
carded April 9, 1952 in Book 231.i, page 103 of Official Recorde; thence South 1° 18' 30"
East, 43.49 feet along said We~terly line to the true point of beginning; t4~erce continu-

.Iart:;ary 22, 1973, at 2:Q0 o'clock P.M. notice of seid public hearing heving been duly given es required by
law and in eccordence with the provisions of the Anehelm Municipel Code, Chepter 18.72, to hear end conaide: evidence
for and eguinst seid proposed reelassificatien and to invesd gete end make Etndings end cecommendationa in connection
therewith; end
WHEREAS, seid Commission, nfter due inspeetlon, Investigntlon, end ~tudy mede by ltself and in its behelf, end
efter due consideration o( ell evldence and reports oLfered et seid heacing, does find and determine the following fects:
1. Thet the petitioner proposes a reclessiEication of the above described property from the R-A, AGRICULTURAL,
ZONE to the M-1, LIGHT INDUSTR7AL, ZONE.
2. That the proposed reclattaification is noC in aonformence with the General Plan
land use symbology, but is in conformance with adjoining zoning and land uses.
3. Thet the proposed reclassificetion of subject property is necessery end/or desireble tor the orderly end pro-
per development of the community.
4. Thnt the propoaed reclessi[ication of subject property does properly relete to the zones and their permftted
uses locelly esteblished in close proximity to subject property end to the zones end their permitted usea generelly esteb-
Ilshed throughout the community.
ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT FINDING:
That the Planning Commission, in connection with an ~xauipCion Declaration Stetus requeat,
finds and determines th&t the proposal would havQ no aignificant environmental impact and,
therefore, recomnends to the City Council that no Environmental Impact Statement ia necessary,
