(8) That the final parking plan shall be approved by the Development Services Depart- ment, and any landscaped areas in the parking area shall be protected with six-inch high c~x~crete curbs, and conerete wheel stops shall be provided for parking spaces. (9) That drainage of subject property shall be disposed of in a manner that is satis- factory tc the City Engineer. (10) That subject property shall be developed substantially in accordance with pla ns ar..3 specifications on file with the City of Anaheim marked Exhibit Nos. 1, 2, and 3.
