WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commission did hold a public l~earing at the City Hell in the City of Anaheim on
Novem't.er 12, ~573o at 2:00 o'clock P.N., notice o[ seid public henring having been duly given as requiced hy
law and in accordance with the ptovisions oE the Anaheim Municipal code, Chapter 18.64, to heer and consider evidence
for, and agair.st seid propnsed conditionel use and to investigate and make findings and recommendations in connection
therewith; and
WHEREAS, said Commission, efter due inspection, investigetion, and study mede by itself end in its behalf, and
after due consideration of all evidence end repocts oEfered at said heacing, does Eind and determine the following facts:
1. That the proposed use is properly one for which a Conditional Use Permit is euthorized by Code Ser,t~c;~

the Citizens of the City of Anaheim.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE 1T RESOLVED that the Aneheim City Planning Commission does hereby grantisubject
Petition for Conditionel Use Permit, upon the Eollowing conditions which ere hereby found to be a necessery prerequisite
to the proposed use of the subject property in ocder to pcesecve the saEety erd general welfare ofthe Citizens oEthe
City of Artaheim:
(1) That the owrer(s) of s~5ject property shali pay to the City of Anaheim the sum
of $2.00 per front foot along Katella Avenus for street lighting purposes.
(2) That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance with approved plans on
fiie with the office of the Direczor of P~blic Works.
(3) That subject property shall be developed substantially in accordance with
plans ar,d specifications on file with the Gity of Anahe!m marked Exhibit Nos. 1, 2, 3
and 4, provided however that any referer.ce to a conferer,ce room sliall be deleted ar,d in
lieu thereof no nore thar (3) motel rooms shall be constructed:

(5) That Condition Nos. 2 and 3, above mentiored, shall be complied wi*_h prio~ to
