WEIEREAS, the i.ity Plenning Commission did hold a Qublic hearing at the City Hall in the City of Aneheim on
Decenber 2], 1973, at 2:U0 o'clack P.M. notice af seid public hearing heving been duly given as cequired by
lew end in accordence with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipal Code, Chapter 18.72, to heer end consider evidence
for end ageinst said proposed :eclassiEicetion end to investigate and make findings end cecommendotions in connection
thecewith; and
WHEREAS, seid Commission, after due inspection, investigetion, end study made by itself end in its behelf, and
aEter due consideration of all evidence end reports offered et said hearing, does find snd determine the following fects:

ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ftEPOKI' FINDlNG:
That the Planning Commission, i~ connection with an Exemption Declaration Status request,
finds and determines that the proposal would have no significant environmental impact and,
therefore, recomme,ids to the City Council that no Environmental Impact Statement is neces-
sary.

~ ' NOW, THEREFORE, BE I~SOLVED thet the Aneheim C:ty Plenn~Commissicn does heceby recommend
to the City Council of the City of Aneheim that subject Petition fot ReClesaifiea~ion be eppmved and, bY from the
thet Title 18-Zoning of the Anaheim Muntcipel Code be emended to exclude the ebove described Qioperty
County 100-E4-20,000, SMALL ESTATE DISTRICTS, and to incorporate said described property
into the R-A, AGRICULTURAL, ZONE, upon the following conditions which are hereby found to
be a necessary prerequisite to the proposed use of subject property in order to preserve
the safety and general welfare of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim:
(1j That these reclassification proceedin9s are granted subject to comoletion of
annexation of subJect property Co the City of Anaheim.
