Agent of certain real property situated in the City of Ansheim, County of Orange, State
of California, described as Lots 32 and 33 of Tract No. 2537, as per map thereof re-
corded in Book 75 pages 38 and 39 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, Cali-
fornia

WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commission did hold a public hesring et the CIry Hell in the City of Maheim
on February 5, 1973at Z:00 o'clock P.M. notice oE seid public hearing having been duly given as required by
lew end in accocdence with the provirslons of the Meheim Municipel Code, Chepter 18.72, to hear end consider
evidence for end ageinst said proposed ceclessiEicetion end to investigete endmeke findings endrecommendations
in connection therewith; end
WHEREAS, said Commission, efter due inspection, investigetion, and study mede by itself end In its Uo-
half, end a[ter due consideration oE all evidence end repor!s oEfeced at seid hearing, does find end determine the
Eollowing fects:
1. Thet the petitianer proposes a ceclessification oE the above described property from the R-1, ONE FAMILY
RESIDENTIAL, ZONE to the C-1, GENERAL COMM~RCIAL, ZONE.
2, That the propoaed reclassification ia not in conformance with land uses desig-
nated on the General Plan.
3. That no land use cnanges have taken place in this immed:ate area to warrant
fnvorable considera'tion for the proposed reclassification, since it was previously
denied by the Ci.' ~ouncil in December, 196b.

community.
7. Thet four (4) persons appeared in opposition and a petition aigned by 30 persons
wss also received in opposition; and that one person appeared in favor.
ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT FINDING:
That the Planning Co~iasion, in co~mection with an Exemption Declaration Status request,
£inds and determines that the proposal would have aignificant environmental impact and,
therefore, recoffinends to tha City Council that the,petitioner ehould submit an Environ-
mental Impacl Report for City Council conaideration.

NOW, THEREFORE, $E IT RESOLVED that tha Aneheim City Plenning Commission does hereby recommend
to the City Council of the City of Aneheim that subject PeUtion for Reclassification be denied on the besis of the
eforementioned findings.
