A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF Ti382ITY OF ANAHEIM
THAT PETITION FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT N0. BE GRANTED
WHEREAS, the.City Plenning Cammission of the City of Anaheim did ceceive a vecified Petition for Conditional
Use Permitfrom F M C CORPORATION, attention of Frank Kerr, Manager, 1400 North Burton Place,
Anaheim, Celifornia 92806, Owner of certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange; State of California, deacribed as that certain property shown as Parcel
2 on a map filed for record in Book 7, Page 37 of Parcel Maps, in the office of the County
Recorder of said county
; and
WEIEREAS, the City, Planning Commission did hold a public hearing et the City Hall in the City of Anaheim on
Apri: 2, 1973, at 2:00 ~'clock P.M., notice of said public hearing having been duly given as requiced by
law and in accrordence with the pcovisions of the Anaheim Municipal code, Chepter 18.64, to hear and consider evidence
for and egeir.st said proposed conditional use and to investigate and meke findings and recommendations in connection
therewith; end
WHEREAS, said Commission, after due inspection, investigation, and study mede by itself aad in its behalf, and
after due consideration of all evidence and ceports oEfere d at seid hearing, does find and determine the folto~•ing fac:s:
1. Thet the proposed use is properly one for which a Conditional Use Permit is authorized by Code Section
18.64.02d(4-e) - to continue the'storage and handling of two (2) pounda of Class "C" explo-
sives in the M-7. Zone.
2, That the proposed Lse will not adveesely effect. the edjoining land uses end the growth end development of
the nrea in which it is proposed to be loceted.
3. Thet the size and•shape of the site pcoposed foc the use is edequate to ellow the full development of the
proposed use in a manner not deteimentel to the pecticular area nor to the peace, health, safety, and general welface of
the Citizens oE the City of Aneheim.
4. That the gsenting of the Conditional Use Pecmit under the conditions imposed, if nny, will not be detrimental
to the peace, health, safety, end generel welfare oE the Citizens of the City of Anaheim.
5. That no one oppoaed subject petition.
ENVIROI3MENTAL IMPACT REPORT FINDING:
That the Planning Commission, in connection wi~h an Exemption Declaration Status request,
finds and determines that the propoeal would have no significant environmental impact and,
therefore, recommends to the C:ity Council that no Env3ronmental Impact Statement ia necesa~ry.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED thet the Aneheim City Plenning Commission does hereby gcent subject
Petition for Conditional Use Permit, upon the following condltlons which are hereby found to be a necessary precequisite
to the peoposed use of the subject property in ocder to pcesecve the sefety end genetel welface of the Citizens of the
City of Aneheim:
(1). That appropziate water assessment fees as determined by the Director of Public
Utilities shall be paid.to the City of Anaheim forthwith.
(2) That subject property shall be developed substantially in accordance with plans
and specifications on file with the City of Anaheim marked Exhibit Nos. 1 and 2.
