WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim {
on January 7, 1974 at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of said public hearing having been duly given ';~

and conside~r evidence for and against said proposed conditional use and to investigate dnd make findings and

WHEREAS, said Commission, after due inspection, investigation, and study made by itself and in its be- j
half, and after due consideration of all evidence and reports offered at said hearing, does find and determine the ~

~9: That the granting of the Conditional Use Permit under the conditions imposed,
if any.and as granted, wi11 not be detrimental to the peace, heaith, safety, and genaral
welfare of the Citizens of the City of Aaaheim.
ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT R~PORT EINDING:
That the Planning Commicsion, in connection with an Exemption Declaration Status request,
finds and determines that the proposal would have no significant environmental impact and,
therefore, recommends Co the City Council-:tnat nu Environmental Impact Statement is neces-
sary.
i NOW THEREFORE, SE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission does hereby
grant~s~~~ect Petition for Conditionsl Use Yermit, upon the following conditions which are
hereby found to be a necessary prerequisite to the praposed use of the subject property in
order to preserve the safety and general welfare of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim:
(1) That the owner(s) of subj~ct property~shall pay to the City of Anaheim the sum
of $2.00 per front foot along Lemon Street for street lighting purposes.
(2) ThaL• trash sCorage areas shall be provide.l in accordance with approved plans
on f.ile with the office of Che Director of Public Works.
(3) That six-foot chainlink fencing proposed i.n conjunction with six-foot masonry
fencing shall be interwoven with redx~ood slats to fully enclose and screen sub~ect use
from view.
(,4) That a ten-foot wide landscaped planter sha11 be provided adjacent to the arte-
rial highway right-of-wc+y and plans shall be reviewed and spproved by the DevelopmenY. Ser-
vices Department.
{5) That subject property shall be devel.oped substantially in accordance with plans
and specifications on file with the City of Anaheim msrked Exhibit Nos, 1 an3 2.
(6) That Conditi~n Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, above-mentioned, shall be complied with
within 30 days from date of this resolution.
(7) That subject use shall be limited to storage of operable cehi~les which are
able to be driven on and off subject property, ~a stipulated to by the petitioner.
(8) That the length o£ time any one vehicle sha11 be stored on subject property
shall not exceed thirty (30) days, as stipulated to by the petitianer.
