That approximately 24 pereons indicated their pre~ence in opposition to subject reclassification, ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT FINDING: That the Planning Commiesion in connection with the filing of Environmental Ic~pact Report No. 107, the Addendum tc~ ahich reflects cheages in the revi..aed exhibits as aubmiCCed and was not reviewed by the EIR Review Cortm~ittee, finds end deL.ermines that the EIR Review Committee determined thtit the Report i,s adequate as an infarrmative document and follows the City's established F;uidelines; th¢it there would be no ~yignificant adveise environmental impacts; and, therefore„ the °lanning Commisaion recommendi3 to the City Council that said Report and Addendum be odopted as the Council's Environmental Impact Statement. W-_-O~ O ~ ~ ~ ~ N ~ N ~ N N N N tY N N N N N N M H Yi • ________-_____..- s " .....- ....... ................:-~•.,.~...~...,,~.,..,.-......,.~,......,..»:n:-r^."aw:c-.r-.n.-r. ~,. ,., . 9~ f NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT~RESOLVED that the Ananeim City P1ennl~Commission does heceby recommen3 to the City Council of the City of Anaheim that subjecf Petitien for Reclasaipcation be eppmved end, by so doing, that Tit?e 1&Zoning of the Aneheim Municlpel Code be amended to exclude the above described property from the County A1 District and to incorporate said described property into the City of Anaheim R-2, MULiIPLE-FAMiLY RESIDENTIAL, ZONE, upor the following conditions which are hereby found to be a necessary prerequisite to the proposed use of subject property in,order to preserve the safety aad general welfare of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim: (1) That complecion of these reclassification proceedings is contingent upon the granting of Variance No. 2565. (2) That c final tract map of subject property shall be submitted to and approved by hhe City Council and then be recorded in tF~e office of the Orange County Recorder, (3) That the owner(s) of subject property shall pay to the City of Anaheim the ap- propriate parlc and recreation in-lieu fees as determined to be appropriate by the City Council, said fees to be paid at the time the building permit is issued. (4) That fire hyurants shall be installed and cttarged as required anc~ determined to be necessary by the Chief of the Fire Department prior to commencement of structural framing. (5) That all air conditioning facilities shall be properly shielded fYOm view, and the sound buffered from acijacent properties. (6) That subject property shall be served by underground utilities. (7) That these recl.assification proceedings are granted subject to completion of annexation of subject property to the CiCy of Anaheim. (8) Prior to the introduction of an ordinance rezoning subject propeity, Condition Nos. 1, 2 and 7, above-mentioned, sha.ll Ue completed. The provisions or rights granted by this resolution shall become null and void by action of the City Council unless said condi- tions are complied with within one year from the date hereof, or such further time as the City Council may grant.
