That the completion of theae reclassification proceedings is contingent upon the granting of Variance No. 2598, Conditional Use Permit No. 1462, and Tentative I3ap of Tract No. 8660. 2. That a final tract map of subje^.t property shall be submitted toand spproved by the City Council and then be recorded in the Office of the Orange County Recorder. 3. That fire hydrants shall be install.ed and charged as required and detesmined to be necessary by the Chief of the Fire Department prior to coimnencement of structural framino. 4. That all air-conditioning facilities ahall be properly shielded from view, and the sound buffered from edjacent properties. 5. That aubject properl•y shall be served by underground utilities. 6. That trash storage areas shall be previded in accordance with approved plans on file with the Office of the Director of Public «orks. 7.
