(3) That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordattce with app:'oved p ans on file with the office of the Director of Public Works, (4) That fire hydrants shall be installed and charged as required and determined to Ue neceseary by the ChieE of the Fire Department prior to commencement of structurel iram- ing. (5) That ~11 air conditioning facilities shall 6e properly shielded from view an the sound buffered from adjacent properties. (6) That subject property shall be served by underground utilities. (7) That drainage of subject property shall be tlisposed of in a manner satisfactory to the City Engineer. (8) In the event that subject property is to be divided for the purpo~e of sa e, lease, or financing, a parcel map, to record the approved division of subject pr.operty, be submitted to and approved by khe Cit; of Anaheim and then be recorded in the office of the Orange County Recorder. (9) That the final parking plan sh.all be approved by the llevelopment Services Dep~rt- ment, and any landscaped areas in L•he parking areas shall be protected with six-inch high concrete curbs, and concretp~wheel stops shall be provided for par.king spaces.
