WHEREiaS, the City Planning Commission of Aie City of Anahcim did receive a verified Yctition for Conditional Use Permit
from W.R. AND PATRICZA MILLER, in care of H.R. Flunket, Attorney at Law, $oS Western,Glendale,
California 91201, Owners of certaia real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of
Orange, State of California, described as Lot 7 of Tract No. 498 as per map recorded in bonk
19 page 24 of Miscellaneous Mops, in the office,of the county recorder of said county

WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a publtc hearing in the City Hall in the City of Anaheim on
.Ianuary 21, 1974, at 2:00 o'clack p.m., notice of said public hearing having been duly given as required by law and in
acCOrdance with the provisions of the Anaheim blunicipal Code, Chaptez 18.64, to hear and consider evidence for and against said
proposed conditional use and to investigate and make findings and recommendations in connectipn therewith; and
1YHEREAS, said Commission~ after due inspection, investigation, and study made by itself and in its behalf, and after due
consideration of all evidence and reports offered at said hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
i. That the r-oposed use is properly one for which a Conditional Use Permit is authorized by Code Section 18.64.020(3-t)
to wit; e~*-_~..'Ssh bufi storage and rapair facilities and incidental rental of automobiles.

use permiC runs with the land and although the proposed use is presently compatible with
surrounding uses, it may not be at a tuture time.
4_ That the proposed use will not adversely affect the adjoining land uses and the growth and development of thc area in
which it is proposed to be located.
5. That the sizc and sl~ape of the site praposed for the use is adequate to allow the full development of the proposed use in a
manner not detrimental to the particular area nor to the peace, health, safety, and generpl we!fare of thc Citizens of thc City of
pnaheim.
6', That the granting of the Conditional Use Permit under the conditions imposed, if any, will not be detrimental to the pence,
health, safety, and general xelfa~e of the Citizens of the City bf Anaheim.
ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT FINDING:
That the Planning Commission, in connection with an Exemgtion Declaration Status request,
finds and determines that the proposal would have no significant environmental impact and,
thetefore, recommenda to the City Council Lhat no Environmental Impact Statement is neceasary.
