WHEREAS, lhe City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did receive a verified Petition for Conditimnal Usc Permit
from JAMES ALDERSON, 20'18 South Loara, Anaheim, California 93502 (Ownerj; attd JOHN H,
FINNEY, 2208 East Vermont Avenue, Anaheim, California 92806 (Agent) of certain real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orenge, SCate of California, described
as follows:
Lot 12 of Tract No. 5452 in the City of Anaheim, Counky of Orange, State of Calif~ornia,
as per map recorded in Book 211 Pages 1 and 2 of .iiecellaneous Mepe, in the'OfSc~e of the
County Recorder of said County.

Clty of Annheim:
1. That additional fire protection devices, if dat~ernined to be neceasary, shall be
provid~d prior to the co~encement of the activity aU:horized under this resolution, as
stipulated to by the petitioner.
2, That subject property ahall be developed subsCantially in accordance with plans and
specificatio:ts an file with the City of Anaheim mxrked Exhibit Nos. 1 and 2,
3. That the existing structure shall be brought up to the minimum standar~is of the City
of Anaheim, including the Uniform Building, P~umbing, Electr.ical, Housing, Mechanical and
Pire Codes as adopted by khe City of Anaheim. That plans and apeci.fications be prepared
by an engineer, atchitect, or building designer licensed in California shawing the work
necessary and submitted to the Building Division for approval; ond tha~ all work be.done
under permit and inspection by licensed contractors.
4. That Condition No. 3, above-mentioned,,,shall be complied with prior to the commencement
of the activity authorized under this resolution, or prior to the time that the building
permit is ir,sued, or withi'r: s period o° one year from date hereof, whiahever occura first,
or duch further time as the Planning Coa~iseion or City Council may grant.
5. 'fhat all repair work shall be done inside the building and ne vehicles shall be parked
outside the building to await repairs, and there.shall be no parking outaide the building
overnight of any vehicles, as atipulated to by the.petitioner.
