A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAl~IM CITY PI.ANNING COMMISSION TERMINATING
ALL PROCEEDINGS OF CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT N0. 1015
WAEREAS, the Pianning Commission on April S, 1968 granted Conditional Use Permit
No, 1015 in Resolution No, pC68-111 to establish an automobi~e service station within
75 feet of a residential zone, with a wsiver of the maximum height for a building within
150 £eet of. any residential zone; and
WHEREAS, the petitioners, who are partners of the present ownership of subject
property have submitted a letter requesting tezmination of a11 proceedings, since Che
service station has been removed and there is a cormnercial building now under construction
on the site,
I~OW, TNEFtEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission does
hereby terminate a1P proceedings of Conditional Use Permit No. 1015 on the basis of the
foregoing findings.
