PC74-1S'' 4 ' I A RESOLUTION OF Ti?E CITY PLANNlNG COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAF;EIM THAT PETITION FOR VARIANCE N0. 2614 BE GRANTED I N PART WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did receive a verified Petition for Va::ance from OPEN ROAD REALTY ~ DEVELOPMENT COh1PANY, 101 Continental Boulevard, E1 Segundo, California 90245 (Owner); AD-ART, INC., 1715 64th Street, Emeryville, California g4608 (Agent) of certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California as described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and referred to as if set forth i~ full; and WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing at lhe City Hall in the City of Anahcim on Augu st 5, ~ 974 ~ at 2:00 a'clock p.m., notice of sud public hearing having been duly ~iven as required by law and in accordance with the provisions of the Anahcim Municipal Code, Chapter 18.68, to hear and consider evideace for and against said proposed variance and to investigate and make findings and recommendations in connection therewilh; and WHER~AS, said Commission, after due inspection, investigation, and study made by itsclf and in its bchalf, and after duc consideration of all cvidence and reports offered at said hearing, does find and dcterminc the following facts: 1. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Co~nission does hereby grant in part subject Petition for Variance, upon the following conditfons which are hereby found to be a necessary prerequisite to the proposed use of the subject property in order to preserve the safety and general welfare of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim: 1. That the owner shall complete the improvement of West Street to the satisfaction or the City Engineer prior to installation of signs. 2.
