That Ihe proposed use is properly one for which a Conditionul Use Pertnit is authorized by Code Sect i on 18.64. 020 (5) , to wit: Permit a quaif hatchery in the M-1 (Light Industrial) Zone. 2. That the petitioner stipulated there would be no commercial processing of quail or quail products on the premises, including slaughtering of the quail. 3. That it was determined that the proposed use should b~ granted for a period of one (i) year, subject to review and co~sideration for extension of time by the Planning Comm~ssion ar~d/or City Counc~l upon request by the petitioner, 4.Tliat the proposed use will not adversely affect the adjoining land uses and the growth and development of the area in whieh it is proposed to be located. S.That the size aiid shape of the site proposed for Uie use is adequatc to allow the full development of the proposed use in a manner not detrimental to the par:icular area nor ro the peace, health, safety, and genernl welfarc oC the Citizens of Uie City of Maheim. 6.That the granting af the Conditional Use Pemiit under the conditions imposed, if any, will not be detrimental to the peace, health, safety, and general wclfare oC the Citizens of the City bf Anaheim. 7, That no one indicated their presence at said pu'~?ic hearing in opposition and no correspondence was receSved in opposition to subject petit.ion. ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT FINDING: That Environmenta- Impact Report No. 131, having been considered this date by the Lity Planning Commission and evidence both written and oral having been presented to supplement said Draft EIR No. 131, the Planning Commission believes that s~id Draft E1R No. 131 does conform to the City and State Guidelines and the State oT California Environmental Quality Act and, based upon such information, does hereby recommend ~o the City Council that they certify said EIR No. 131 is in compliance with said Environmental Quality Act, CI-G ' 1 ' DEV-66~D RESOLUTION N0, PC74-163 ~ ~ ~ NOW, THEREFORE, 13E IT RESOLVED Ehet the Anaheim City Plenning ~Commission does hereby grnnt subject Petit3on for Conditionel Use Permit, upon the following conditions which ace hereby Eound to be a necessery prerequiaite to the proposed use of the subject property in order to preserve the sefety end generel walfare of the Citizens of the City of Aneheim: l. That subject property shall be developed substantially in accordance with plans and specifications on Tile with the City of Anaheim marked Exhibit Nos. 1 and 2. 2. That trash storage areas shali be provided in accordance with approved plans on file with the Office of the Director of Public Works, and that a satisfactory means to dis~ose oT quail waste shall be agreed upon. 3. That there shall be no commercial processing of quail or quail products on the premises, including slaughtering or the quail, as stipulated to by the petitioner. 4. That this conditional use permit is granted for a period of one (1) year, subject :o review and co~sideration ror extension of time by the Planning Commission and/or Gity' Cou~cil, upon request by the petitioner.
