to an existing motel w1Ch waiver bf the required number of paxk2ng spaces on
property located on the souCh side of Kacella Avenue, appraXim~tely G45 feet
west of the centerline of State Calle~~ Buulevard; ~tnd
WHEREAS, the proposal *aas nevex construcCed an~ subject groperty is currenCly
vacant; and
WHEREAS, Variance No. 261$ fo ~:~ermit the con;struGt.fon of u cnm.mercial, s~ffxce
building on sub3ect property was ap;proved by i:~ae P3ann;ing Commission oh .iuly 22,
1974, with the r.ondition that Conditional Use Yermit No. 1432 be terminated; artd
WHEREAS, the property owner has submitted a let•ter requesting termination o€
all proceedings of Conditional Use Perrt:it No. 1432,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Co~nission does
hereby terminate all proceedings of Conditional Use Permit No. 1432 on the basis
of the foregoing findings.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by me this 5th day of August,
