~VIiEREAS, the City Pianning Commissiun of the City of Anaheim did receive a verified Petition for Variance from

WHEREAS, the City Planning Cormission did hold a public hearing at tlie City Hall in the City of Anaheim on
Jenuery 2T, 1974, at 2:00 o'clock p.m., notice of said public hcaring having been duly given as required by law and
in accordance with the provisions of the Maheim Municipal Code, Chapter 18.68, to hear and conside.r evidence Cor and against said
proposed variance and to investigate and make findings and recommendations in aonnection therewith; and
WHEREAS, said f:ommission, aftcr due inspection, investigation, and study madc by itself and in its bchalf, and after due

5. That the requested variance is not necessary sor the preaervstion gnd enjoyment
oF a substantial property right poasessed by other property in the same vicinity and zone,
and denied to the property in question.
6. That the requested variance will be materially detrimentai to the public welfare
or injurious to the property or improvemente in such vi.cinity and zone in which the property
is located.
7. That one person appeared in opposition to subject petition.
ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT FINDING:
Thet the Planning Commiesion, in connection with an Exemption Declaratiun Statua requestT
finds and determine[t thet the proposal would have no significant environmental impact and,
therefore, recommends to the C~ty Council that no Environmenta~ Impact Statement is neces-
sary.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT 9.ESOLVED thnt the Mnheim City Planning Commission does hereby deny subject Petition for
Variance on the busis of the aforementioned finds.
