PC74-189 A RESOLUTION OF THE i'LANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY LOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM TERMINATION OF ALL PROCEEDINGS OF CONDITIONAL USt PERMIT N0. 14b1 WHEREAS, on June 18, 1974, the City Council of the City of Anaheim granted Londitional Use Permit No. 1461, in Resolution No. 74R-283 to permit on-sale beer and wine in an existing restaura~t on C-1 zoned property located at the northeast corner of La Palma Avenue and Acacia Street, subject to certain conditions; and WHEREAS, the applicant has submitted a letter dated August 12, 1974, in- dicating that in compliance with a verbal agreement with the City Council, the Conditional Use Permit No. 1461 could be terminated since the proposed restaurant had been closed and the beer and wine license returned to the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board fcr cancellation, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESQLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission does hereby recommend to thc City Council of the City of Anaheim termination of all proceedings of Conditional Use Permit No. 1~1, as requested by the ap~:-7icant and on the basis of the foregoing findings.
