WHEREAS, snid Commission, aEter due inspection, investigation, and study made by itsel[ and lc its behalf,
end a[ter due conside~ation oE all evidence and reports oftered et said hearing, does find ond detccmine the following
facts:
I. That the petikioner requests the following variances from the Anaheim Municipal

2. That the above-mentioned waivers are hereby granted on the basis *_hat the property
upon which the new si9n is proposed to be located was pre~iously developed with a service
station having two s~gns approved under a varia~ce; that the property has been cleared
and improved for additional parking for the bank; that the proposed distance betwee~ signs
is substa~tially close to the distances outlined in tha Siyn Ordinance; and that there are
other similar sigr,s in the area.
j, That there are exceptional or extreordinory circumstances or conditions applicable to lhe prope!ty involved
or to the intended use oE the property that do not apply generaUy to he property or class oE use in the some vicinity and
zone.
4, 1'hat the requested variance is necessary Eor the preservation and enjoyment of a substential property right

6. That no one indicated their presenc~ at said public hearirg in opposition, and no
correspondence was received in ogpositi~n to subject petition.
ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT FIP1uiNG:
That the Director of Development Services has determined that the proposed activity falls
within the definition of Section 3.01, Cisss Il of the City of Anaheim Guidelines to the
Requirements for an EIR and is, therefore, categorically exempt from the requirements to
