RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT

State of Califnrnia, as desci'ibed in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and referred to herein
as though set forth in full

WHEREAS, the City Plenning Cammission did hold a p:.blic hearing et the City Hell in the City of Aneheim on
S~;~tember 3~, 19~4, at 2:00 o'clock P.M. notice of ~aid public hearing heving been duly given as required by
Iaw and in eccordence with the provisio~ys oS the Aneheim hiunicipal Code, Chepter 18.72, to hear end consIaer evidence

thecewith; and
WHEREAS, seid Commissian, efter due inspection, in~vest3gation, end study mede by itaelf end in its behalf, end
efter due considecetion oE all evidence end ieports oEEered at seid 'neoring, does find end determine the follo--~ing fects:
1• That the Planni~g Commission proposes a reclassific~Cion of the above descriEed
property from the County of Oran9e 100-E4-'~0,000 (Small Estates) District to the City of
Anaheim R-A (AGRICULTURAL) ZONE.
2. That the proposed reciassification is in conformance with ti~~ Jand use desig~atio;
of the Anaheim General Plan.
3. That the annexation of subject property to the City of Anaheim un~fes~ the Mohler
9rive No. 3 Annexation is currently perding.
4. That approval of this reclassification would establish R-A zoning on the proae:~*y as
a holding zone pending finalization of a developrtw~t zone at a later date.
5. That this reclassification is yranted subject to completion of annexatio~~ of sv!:je~'::
prop~rty to the City of Anaheim.

ENVIROMMENTAL IMPACT REPORT FINDING:
That the Direct'or of DeveloNment Services ha~ determined that the proposed activ(ty falls
within the definition of Section 3.01, Class 1 or the City of Anaheim Guidelines to the
Reauirements for an Environmental Impact Report and is, therefore, categorically exempt
from the requirement to file an EIR.
