A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMlSSION OF THE CITY GF
ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL P?OCEEDINGS OF CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT N0. 1311
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission on J~:ie 12, 1972, granted Conditional
Use Permit No. 1311 to re-establish a carwash and service station at 20i South
State College Boulevard and, subsequently, on August 7, 1972 granted Conditional
Use Permit Nc. 1329 to re-establish a carwash and service station at the
same location; and
WHEREAS, Conditional Use Permit No. 1311 was similar to Conditional Use
Permit No. 1329, however, it was determined that there were sufficient di.f-
rerences in the site development plans to require the filing of the latter; and
WHEREAS, the conditions and approval of Conditional Use Permit No. 1329
were similar to those of Conditional Use Permit No. 1311; however, development
of the site was consistent with the plans filed under Conditional Use Permit
No. 1329; and therefore, Conditional Use Permit No. 1311 is unnecessary
and the petitioner has submitted a letter requesting termination of same,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission
does hereby terminate ail proceedings of Conditional Use Permit No. 1311 on
the basis of the foregoing finding~.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by me this 14th day of
October, 1g74.
