Tha[ Waivers 1-a and 1-c, above-menCioned, were withdrawn by the petitioner with the stipulation that the property would be developed to conform to the C-1 Zone site development standards. 3. That the proposed use, as granted, will not adversely affect the ad~oining land uses and the growth and dee~elopment of the area in which it is proposed to be located. 7.
