That the petitioner stipulated that the classroom trailer would be used in the Oran9e County Regional Occupational Program and the Anaheim Unified High School District's vocatibnal trainin~ program. 4. That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance with approvad plans on file with the office of the Director of Public Works. 2. That `he proposed trailer and its placement shall oe in accordance with the minimum standards of the City of Flnaheim, inaluding the Uniform Building, Plumbing, Electric, Housing, Mechanical and fire Codes as adopted by t!~e City of Anaheim. 3.,:That subject property shall be developed substantially in accordance with plans and specifications on file wfth the City of Anaheim marked Exhibit Nos. l, 2 and 3• 4. That Condition Nos. 1, 2 and 3, above-menfiioned, shall be canplied with prior to the commencement of the activity authorized under this resolution, or prior to final building and zoning inspections, oC within a period of one year from date hereof, whichever occurs first, or such Further time as the Plann?ng Commission may grant.
