That the granting of the Conditional Use Permit under the conditions imposed, ii any, will n. ~ bc dctrimental to thc pcace, hcalth, safety, and general wclfare of the Citizens of the City of An3heim. 5, That the petitioner stipulated there would not be any si9ns advertising the market to the general public. 6, That the market shall be f~r the convenience and use of the park occupants only, as stipulated to by the petitioner. 7. That the market shall not be enlarged beyond its size at the time of this approval, as stipulated to by the petitioner. 8. That there sha:l be no doors from the market to West Street as stipulated to by the petitioner. g, Thar the market use is granted for a period of three years subject to review at the end of that period for a determination as to whether it should be permitted to continue.
