Decembe r 23 ,~ 97~+, a~ 2: 00 o'clock p.m., notice of said public lo.earing having been duly given as required by law and in
accordance with the provisions ol' the Anaheim Municipal Code, Chapter ls~,q8, ~o hear and consider evidencc for and against saiJ
proposed conditional use and to investigate and make findings and recommer.dations in connection tlierew:tli; and
WHEREAS, said Commissicn, after duc inspection, investigation, and study made by itsclf and in its behalf, and after due
consideration of all evidence and reports affered at said hearing, does Gnd and determine the followin6 facts:
1. That the proposed use is properly onr. for which a Conditional Use Pennit is authorized by Code Seet i on
18.48.05~.?50 to permit a convenience market as an accessory use to an existing travel
trailer park.
2. That the proposed use will not advcrscly atfect thc adjoining land uses and tlic growth and Jcvclopment of Aie arca in
which it is proposed to be localed.
3. That the size and shapc of thc site prop~sed for the use is adequate to allow the full developmcnt of thc proposed usc in a
manner not detrimental to the particular area nor t~~ the peace, healUi, safety, and gener~l wel(are of the Citizens flf tl~e City o(
Anaheim.
4. That the granting of the Conditional Use Permit under the conditions imposed, ii any, will n. ~ bc dctrimental to thc pcace,
hcalth, safety, and general wclfare of the Citizens of the City of An3heim.
5, That the petitioner stipulated there would not be any si9ns advertising the market
to the general public.
6, That the market shall be f~r the convenience and use of the park occupants only,
as stipulated to by the petitioner.
7. That the market shall not be enlarged beyond its size at the time of this approval,
as stipulated to by the petitioner.
8. That there sha:l be no doors from the market to West Street as stipulated to by
the petitioner.
g, Thar the market use is granted for a period of three years subject to review at
the end of that period for a determination as to whether it should be permitted to continue.
ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPOR7 FINDING:
That the Director of ^evelopment Services has determined that the proposed activity falls
within the definition of Section 3.~1, Class 1 of the City of Anaheim Guidelines to the
Requirements for an Environmental Impact Re~ort and is, therefore, categorically exempt from
the requirements to file an EIR. •~•

Petition for Conditionel Use Permit, upon 4he following conditions which ere hereby found to be a necessery pcerequisite
to the proposed use oE the subject. property in ocder to presarve the sa[ety end generel welfare o[the Citizens of the
City of Aneheim:
1, That subjzct property shall be developed substa~*_ially in accordance with plans
and specifications on file with the City of Anaheim marked Exhibit No. 4.
2. That there be no signs advertisi~g the market to the general public, as stipulated
to by the petitioner.
3, That the market shall be for the convenience and use of the park occupants only,
as stipulated to by the petitioner.
