South 00 16 I 30 it East 675.11 feet to the South line of said Southeast quarter and tne true point of beginning; thence East 260 feet along said South line; thence North 00 16' 30il t"lest 675.11 feet; "theIlce West 260 feet parallel with said South line; thence South 675.11 feet to the true point of beginning. EXCEPTING THEREFROM the following described land: Commencing at the Soutllwest corner of said Southeast quarter; thence North 675.00 feet along the West line of said Southeast quarter; thence East 573.51 feet parallel with the South line of said Southeast quarter; thence South 00 16' 301. WHEREAS, thereafter witnin the time prescribed by law an interested party or the City Council on its own motion caused the review of said Planning Commission action at a public hearing noticed and held as prescribed by law and as a result thereof the City Council does bereby make the following findings: 1. Tnat tnere are special circumstances applicable to the property, including size, shape, topography, location or surroundings, which do not apply to other property under identical zoning classifica- tion in tile vicinity. 2. SECTION l8~37.04U(a-2) r.iaximwn permi tted free-standing sign height (27 feet permitted; 47 feet proposed) That said variance be granted, in part, subject to the following conditions: 1. That property shall be developed substantially in accordance with plans and specifications on file with the City of Anaheim marked Exhibits Nos. 1 and 2 (Revision No.1). 2. That adequate clearance of existing electrical lines shall be provided as required by the Electrical Division, Department of Public utilities, and the State of California G.O. No. 95. BE IT FURTtlliR P~SOLVED that the city Council hereby reserves the right to revoke such variance pe~it for good cause or failure of said owner, his heirs, successors or assigns to comply with the ffi1aneim ~unicipal Code and regulations and the conditions herein. Said variance is granted for the term ?rescrioed by the Anaaeim ~iunicipal Code unless othervlise speci- fied :nerein.
