A RESOLUTION OF THE CfTY PLANNING COMMISSIGN OF THE CITY Or ANANiEIM
AMENDING kESOLUTION N0. PC73-225 NUNC PRO TUNC
WHEREAS, the legal description and the approved zoning set fortt~ in
Resolution No. PC73-2'LS were incorrect by reason of cler:.cal error; ancl
WHEREAS, it was the intent and purpose of the Planning Commission to set
forth s full, true and correct legal description of that property considered in
P.eclassificatior. No. 73-74-1 of the City of Anaheim, and to further ap~~rove and
recommend the R-1 zoning, as requested,
NUW, THEREFORE, BE IT RcSGLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission
does hereby amend Re,solution No. PC73-225, nunc pro tunc, ap~roving Reclassifica-
tion No. 73-74-1, to set forth the legal descriptiun to sead a~ follows:
Portion 1-a:

Renge 10 West, S.B.B. & M., described as follows:
Beginning at the southwest corner of Lot 3 in Tract No. 1633, e.s shown
on a map recorded in Book 47, pag= 50 Miscellaneous Maps, recc~rds of

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission does hereby
further amend Resolution No. PC73-225, nunc pro tunc, to amend paragraph 1 of page
2 of said Resolution,~to read as follocas:
"NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission
does hereby recommend to the City Council ~f the t'ity of Anaheim that sub-
ject petition for Reclassification be approved and, by c~ doing, that
Title 18-Zoning of the Anaheim Municipal Code be amended to exclude the
above-described property from the R-A, AGRICULTTJRAL, ZONE and to incorpor.-
ate said described property into the R-1, ONE-FAMILY P,ESIDENTIAL, ZONE,
unconditionally."
