THAT PETITION FOR CONDITIONAL US& PERMIT N0. BE GRANTED
WHEREAS, thc Ciry Flanning Commission of the .City of Anaheim did receive a verified Petition for Conditional Use Permit

WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing In the City Hall in the Ciry of Anaheim on
Februery 4, 1974, at 2; 0(b'clock p.m., notice of said public hearing having been dul~~ given as required by Saw nnd in
accordance with the provisions of the Anaheim A!unicipal Code, Chapter 18.64, to hear and consider evidence for xnd against said
proposed conditiona! use and to investigate and make findings and recommendations in connection therewith; and
WHEREAS, said Commission, after due inspection, invesiigation, and study made by itseli and in its behalf, and ai'tcr due
caisideration of all evidence and reports offered at said hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
I. That the proposed use is properly one for which a Conditional Use Pennit is nuthorized by Code• Section I8.40. 060 (g) ,

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED thut the Aneheim City Planning Commission does hereby grant subject
Petition for Conditional Use Permit, upon the followinp., conditions which ere hereby found to be a necessery precequisitE
tu the proposed u~e oE the subject property in order to pceserve the sefety end generel welface of the Citizens of the
City of Anaheim:
I. That subject~ropercy shall be develcped substantially in accordance with plans
