B~ GRANTED WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did receive a verified Petition for Conditional Use Permit from LEORA MOORL, 1225 Warm Springs Avenue, Boise, Idaho 83702, Owner; DORIS M. GIB80N, J.R. Gibson Company, 111 West 17th Street, Santa Ana, California 92706, Agent, of certain real property situaCed in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, St~te of California, as described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and referr.ed to herein as though set forth in full ;and WHEREAS, the City Planning CommIssion did liold a public hearing in the City Hall in the City of Anaheim on February 4, 1974 a~ 2:00 o'clock p.m., notice of said public hearing having been duly given as required by law and in accordance with the provisions of the Anaheim tdunicipal Code, Chapter 18.64, to hear and consider evidence for and against said proposed conditional use and to investigate and make findings and recommendations in connection therewith; and WHEREAS, said Commission, after due inspection, investigation, and study made by itself and in its behal(, and after due consideration of all evidence and reports offered at said hearing, does find and determine the foliowing facts: 1. That the proposed use is propcrly one for which a Conditional Use Pcrmit is authorized by Codc Section 18. 64. 020 (I-a), to wit: Establish a boarding and Tading home for tP~e care of approximately 15 emotionalYy disturbed, mentaYly retarded children in an existing two-story dwelling, 2. That the petitioner stipulaeed to providing care,including hoarding and lodging, for a maximum of 15 chiTdren at any one time, and that said children wouTd be between a minimum of Cwo years and a m9ximum of twelve years of age, 3. That the petitioner stipulated to paving or oiling the drive leading into subject property from an existing private road for a distance of approximately 200 feet. 4. That the existing structure shall be brought up to the minimum standards of the City of Anaheim, including the Uniform Building, Plumbing, Electrical, Housing, Mecharical and Fire Codes as adopted by the City of Anaheim. 2, That subject properCy aiiall be developed substantially in accordance with plar..s and specifications on file with the City of Anaheim marked Exhibit Nos. 1, 2, snd 3; provided, however, that the drive leading into subject property irom an existing private road for a distance of approximately 200 feet, shall be oiled or paved Co eliminate dusC as stipulated to by the petitioner. 3. Tha!• Condition Nos. 1 and 2, above-menCioned, shall be complied with prior to final buiTding and zoning 2nspec."_iors. 4. That Conditioe No, 3, above~•mentioned, shall be compl~~d with prior to co~uner.~ement of the activity authorized under this resolution. 5. That care, including boarding ar_d lodging, shall be provided for a maximum of. 15 children at subject location, and said children shall be between a minimum 2 years or age and a maximum of 12 years of bge, as stipulated to by the petitioner.
