BE GRANTED WHEREAS, tlie City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did receive a veri~ed Petition Por Conditional Use Permit from AN?,HEIM PROPERTIES, ING., 838.3 Wilshire Boulevard, Suite 903, Beverly Hills, California 90211, Owner; SUPERIOR FAST FREIGHT, 611 North Mission Road, Box 60100, Terminal Annex, Los Ange~es, Ca3ifornia 90060, and MOG TRUCKING 1222 East Howe11 Avenue, Anaheim, California 92806, Agents, of certain reaY property situated in the City of Anaheim, California, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows: Parcel 2, as shown on a map thereof recorded in book 6, page 44 of Parcel Maps, in the office of the County Recorder of said County. ;and WHEREAS, thc City Plunning Commission dld hold a public hearing ln the City Hall in the City of Anaheim on February ?.0, 1974 at Z~ 0~ o'clock p.m., notice of szid public hearing ha~~ing been duly given as required by law and in accordance with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipal Code, Chapter 18.64,to hear and consider evidence for and against said proposed condition~l use and to investigate and make findings and recommendations in connection therewith; and WHEREAS, said Commission; after due inspcction, investigation, and study made by itself and in its behalf, and after due consideration of all evidencc and reports offcred at said hearing, does find and detcrmine the following facts: 1. ENVIRONMENTAL IM'rACT REPORT FINDING: That the Director of Development Services has determined that the proposed activity falls within the deflniti.on of Section 3.01, Class I of Che City of Anaheim Guidelines to the Requirements for an Environmental Impact ReQort and is, Cherefore, categorically exempt from the requirement to file an EIR. That subject property shall be developed substantially in accordance with the plans and speci£ications on fiie with the City of Anaheim marked Exhibit Nos. 1, 2, and 3.
