Thet the proposed reclassificntion of subject property is necessory end/or des;rable for the orderly and pro- per development of the cammunity. 5. Thet the proposed reclessificetion of subject property does properly relete to the zones end their permittrd uses locelly esleblished in close proximity to subject property and to the zones and their permitted uses generelly estab- lished throughout the community. 6. That the petitio~er stipulated that the traffice throughout the deveYopment would be one-way with parking on one side and ^o Ferking in the a~leys. 7, That it wr,s determir.ed L•hat the curb section on the sidz away from the center median of the interior streets cnuTd be deieted since it was unr.ecessary for the proper dr.ainage of the deve'~opment. That a final tract map of subject property shall be submitted to and approved by the City Council and then be recorded in tY~e office of the Orange County Recozder. 2. Prior to the introduction of an ordinance rezoning subject property, Condition No. 1, above-mentior.ed, shall be completed. The provisions or rights ~ranted by this resolution shall become null and void by action of the City Couneil unlesa said cor.ditions are complied with within one year from the date hereof, or sucl~ further time as the City Council ~aay grant. 3. That subject property shall be d~.veloped substantially in accordance witih plans ar.3 specifications on file with the City of.Anaheim marked Exhibit Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5; ~provided, however, that the internal vehicular accessways shall be one-way throughout the d+~v.elopment, with parking tc be provided on one side only of seid one-way atreets ar.d with no garking in the alleyways, as stipu:oted ta by the petikioner; and, further, that the cur~ section on the side away from the center median c~f the interior streets shall be del~red and pavement of interiar streets shali, comply with the structuXel section requir~e- ment oP the City Engineer.
